SMS Communications
When you check the SMS consent box on our cash offer form and provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Sell To Adam (Malia Homebuyers, LLC) regarding your property inquiry and related follow-up communications.
What SMS data we collect: Your mobile phone number, the date and time you opted in, the form field you opted in through, and the consent disclosure version you agreed to.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. You may receive an initial confirmation message followed by conversational follow-up messages from a Sell To Adam representative.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sell To Adam does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe, and no further messages will be sent.

Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The categories of personal information described in this policy that we may share with service providers (as described in “We Never Sell Your Data” below) explicitly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The only exception is sharing with the SMS service providers (such as Twilio) we use to deliver messages on our behalf, which is required for the technical operation of the SMS program. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than delivering our messages.
We Never Sell Your Data

Your information stays with us and is only shared with our title company when needed to complete a sale you’ve agreed to, or with service providers (such as our SMS messaging platform) who help us operate our business and are bound by confidentiality.

SMS opt-in records and consent timestamps are retained for at least the duration required by applicable telecommunications regulations (currently 4 years minimum, with 10-year retention for certain state-specific compliance).
